1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bd baazi ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who registers for or uses the services offered at bd-baazi.ws. The Agreement applies to all products and services available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional offers.

By completing the registration process and checking the acceptance box, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these terms is published, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

bd baazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of bd baazi following the publication of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Platform Availability

bd baazi provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all services at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. bd baazi shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service downtime where reasonable notice has been given or where the interruption is outside our control.

1.2 Governing Language

The official language of bd baazi customer communication, support, terms documentation, and platform content is English. All formal correspondence between the Platform and the Player shall be conducted in English. Support is available 24/7 in English via the live chat function accessible from within the Platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of bd baazi services — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per player is permitted at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts on bd baazi is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a bd baazi account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be an individual natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, either through bd baazi's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party exclusion scheme you have voluntarily joined.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bd baazi employee, in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have a valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification messages.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. bd baazi relies on this information to conduct identity verification (KYC), process payments, and communicate with you about your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, the withholding of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bd baazi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bd baazi support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function. bd baazi cannot accept liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their login credentials.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd baazi is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, we may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any stage of your account's lifecycle — particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bd baazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposits via card or bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd baazi account within minutes of a successful transaction. bd baazi does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bd baazi reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request an alternative payment method if we are unable to verify ownership of the payment account.
• Deposited funds must be used for gameplay. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any meaningful betting activity may be subject to review.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete on your account. For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered bd baazi account.
• bd baazi reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
• Any bonus-linked funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on bd baazi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka. bd baazi does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, conversion charges may apply on the provider's end — bd baazi is not responsible for those conversion costs.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

bd baazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for the purposes of that promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total using qualifying games before a withdrawal of the bonus funds can be requested. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded game categories (for example, certain live dealer tables or low-margin sports markets) may not count towards the wagering requirement — the specific game exclusions for each bonus are listed in its individual terms.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bd baazi bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account without notice. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. It is the player's responsibility to complete the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe. bd baazi does not offer extensions to bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Platform.

4.3 Abuse of Bonuses

bd baazi takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — whether through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion with other players, or any other method of abuse — will have their bonus funds voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account permanently suspended. bd baazi reserves the right to determine what constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion.

4.4 Promotional Changes

bd baazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active promotions that have already been claimed by a player will continue under the terms at the time of claiming, except where the modification is required for legal compliance or to prevent ongoing abuse.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bd baazi Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, legal action:

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person to gain access to the Platform or any funds.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner. This includes software that monitors odds movements or auto-places bets without manual player action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, tournaments, or sports betting markets.
• Exploit Strategies: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided and the player's account suspended pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using bd baazi accounts for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime. bd baazi complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to competent authorities as required.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards bd baazi staff or other platform users via live chat, support channels, or any other communication tool.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one player account on bd baazi, whether in your own name or under aliases.

5.2 Responsible Use of Platform Features

You agree to use bd baazi's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — in good faith. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute a reportable offence.

5.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any technical error, odds anomaly, or system malfunction that could result in unfair winnings, you are obligated to stop playing and notify bd baazi support immediately. Continuing to exploit a known error constitutes prohibited conduct under this Agreement.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

bd baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, KYC non-compliance, suspected money laundering, or violation of fair play standards.

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bd baazi account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification and are in good standing will be processed in the normal timeframe. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

6.2 Closure Due to Breach

Where an account is closed by bd baazi as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed or reasonably suspected, bd baazi reserves the right to permanently withhold account funds and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. bd baazi will contact you at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, as detailed in the dormant account policy published on the Platform. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after the dormancy period.

7 Age Restriction & Player Verification

All players are required to confirm their age during the registration process. bd baazi may conduct additional age verification checks at any time — particularly upon a player's first withdrawal request or if our systems flag any concern about the accuracy of the registered date of birth. Players who are unable to satisfactorily verify that they are 18 years of age or older will have their account suspended and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source, minus any amounts already gambled.

7.1 Parental Controls

bd baazi strongly encourages parents and guardians to take active steps to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gambling platforms. If you share a device with a minor, we recommend using parental control software that blocks access to gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed bd baazi using your account, contact our support team immediately. bd baazi will not be held liable for losses incurred through a player's failure to protect their account from access by minors.

7.2 Continuous Compliance

Age eligibility and identity compliance are not one-time checks — they are ongoing obligations throughout the life of your account. If at any point bd baazi reasonably suspects that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend the account and initiate a fresh verification process without prior notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd baazi's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

bd baazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game studio software.
• Losses resulting from circumstances beyond bd baazi's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd baazi Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the property of bd baazi or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of bd baazi.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games and live dealer content on bd baazi are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. The technical operation and RNG integrity of these games are the responsibility of the respective studios. bd baazi makes no independent warranty as to the technical performance of third-party game content, beyond what is required by the applicable studio's certification obligations.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms applicable to a player's account, constitute the entire agreement between bd baazi and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
